• The Company is led by Amadin E. Eghianruwa, Chartered Insurer, Marketer & Risk Management Professional.

Mr. Eghianruwa combines experience in Marketing, Risk Management and Insurance. He is a Chartered Insurer, Fellow, Risk Managers Society of Nigeria and Specialist Member (SIRM) of the Institute of Risk Management, UK – an internationally recognized certification for Risk Management professionals.

Amadin has a wealth of experience acquired over 40 years with the last 31 years in Top Management and CEO positions.

He has worked, amongst other capacities, as Manager/Head, Technical & Marketing, Asset and Liability Insurance Company Limited; General Manager/CEO, Brightways Insurance Brokers Limited; Zonal Manager; Manager, General Accident; Senior Manager, Marketing/Clients Services; Head, Marine & Aviation; NICON Insurance Plc; Pool Manager, Nigeria Aviation Pool; Founding CEO, NICON Sao Tome & Principe; Transformation Manager, NICON Insurance Corporation Change Management programme Vision 2003; and Vice President & Head, International Energy Insurance Plc Abuja Corporate Office. He served twice in the Accident Offices Committee (AOC) of the Nigerian Insurers Association.

Mr. Eghianruwa has extensive experience in Training and policy/implementation of Enterprise Risk Management Framework and other Change Management processes.
